MATTE TOP COAT
This product has been formulated to provide a satin/matte finish and improve the external wear characteristics of nail lacquer.
Application: For a flawless nail lacquer finish. Allow final nail lacquer coat to dry to the touch prior to applying topcoat. Apply only one-coat of Matte topcoat.
