Liquid Titanium Dioxide Whitener (water soluable for skincare)

Our new liquid titanium dioxide whitener makes it much easier to whiten and brighten your soap, lotions, washes, scrubs or other water-based products. The pigment is bright white, non-bleeding and very concentrated. It is great for whitening up milk soap recipes and other formulations that use darker oils. To use, just add pigment to your product drop by drop until you achieve your desired shade of white. Shake well before using. Pigment tends to thicken in cooler weather.If this happens, just place the bottle in a warm water bath to get it to a more aqueous consistency. Ingredients: Glycerin, Titanium Dioxide Bottles are filled by weight, not volume.
