How to remove OPI Gel Nail Polish
- File the Top Layer
- Gently file the top coat to break the seal and allow acetone to penetrate.
- Soak in Acetone
- Saturate cotton pads with pure acetone and place them on each nail.
- Wrap each finger in foil and let sit for 10–15 minutes.
- Remove Softened Gel
- Gently push off the gel with a cuticle pusher or orangewood stick.
- Do not force—soak longer if needed.
- Buff & Hydrate
- Lightly buff the nail surface to smooth.
- Apply cuticle oil to rehydrate the nails and surrounding skin.
